This scale has served me every morning for years. Each morning I wake up. I empty my bladder and weigh myself in the same clothes. I do this to remove as many variables as possible. It’s not as accurate as a DEXA scan and so far no scale is. It’s very helpful to see numbers like your fat % dropping or your muscle mass increasing when your weight remains unchanged or is increasing. The scale may mislead you and make you believe you’re headed the wrong direction. The scale has definitely earned its place in my bathroom. A quick note, there are many options for smart scales now. If you decide on another one they key is to make sure it has a handle. This is what enables the electrodes to travel the full length of your body and gives you a much more accurate estimate. What I really appreciate is the Morphoscan app that connects to your scale via bluetooth that allows you to compare any 2 days in your past readings. Another way to pat yourself on the back.
